We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days, unless otherwise specified on the product page, and you will receive tracking details for your order once it has been dispatched.
We do our best to have your order delivered within 3 working days from dispatch. If you have not received your goods within 7 working days from dispatch, please contact us to check on the status of your delivery.
Please note, unless otherwise specified on a product page, all our deliveries are made to the kerbside and not taken into your home.
The standard delivery charge is based on the subtotal of the item(s) in your basket after discounts and the relevant delivery charge is applied as per the tables below:

Please note that some products cannot be shipped outside the UK. If you order a product which cannot be shipped to your chosen delivery address we will notify you immediately.
The information below answers our most frequently asked questions for returns and refunds. Please also see our terms and conditions for our full returns policy.
We’re sure you will love your Only Home product(s), but if the worst should happen, you can easily return it to us for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges incurred). Simply contact us within 14 days of the date you receive your order with details of your order and one of our friendly team will help you with your return. Please note that you will need to cover the cost to return your item(s) to us.
Our quality team check your order carefully to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is very rare. If for any reason a product has arrived damaged, or we you have received the wrong product, just contact us within 14 days of receipt, sending a couple of photos of the issue(s) with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and tell you if your issue is eligible for a replacement. We will then either arrange to collect the item(s) from you or ask you to send it back to us, and we’ll either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
In the unlikely event that you are missing something from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we investigate your request.
If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days. Simply contact us and we will give you details to return the item(s) to us (at your cost). Once we receive the item back in our warehouse we will be able to process your exchange.
If you have a change of heart, which we hope will never happen, you can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund.
Once an item has been delivered, you can still cancel your order within 14 days. Please see above for details about returning items to us.
For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. We will process your refund within 7 working days from us receiving your items back in our warehouse. Please allow 5 days for your bank account to be credited.
